BRIGADE UPPER CREST CLUB HOUSE
The community’s center will be a grand multi-story clubhouse built around four basements, the ground floor, and five more floors, totaling almost 35,000 square feet. As opposed to dispersed amenities across the campus, the recreational facilities have been vertically stacked to create one landmark structure, where residents have one location to meet their fitness, leisure, and social needs, all minutes away and available in all weather conditions.
The clubhouse is stacked by purpose. The lower levels are allocated to parking and utilities; the ground and first levels to active spaces such as indoor games and children’s activities; and the upper levels to the banquet hall and lounges with open landscaped decks. Together, they offer over 40 contemporary indoor and outdoor amenities.
